NSIA is an open source project hosted at sourceforge. You can check out the source code yourself via the following command:
svn co https://nsia.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/nsia nsia

You can download NSIA from http://threatfactor.com/Products/NSIA/Downloads. See the installation instructions once you download it.
