Troubleshooting¶

If the lookups are not getting imported or exported, the first place to start is by looking into the logs. Run the following search to see why the input may not be working:

index=_internal (service_account_keys AND sourcetype=splunk_web_service) OR (sourcetype=google_spreadsheet_modular_input)

I use two-factor authentication and the app doesn't work with it¶

Upgrade to a newer version of the app and use a service account.
