Test Plan¶

General¶

1. The app must work with custom root endpoints
2. The app has a description
3. The app has an icon
4. The app is visible
5. The app works on all applicable versions of Splunk (input on 6.0+ and views on 6.3+)
   1. 6.3 is required to use the views due to:
      1. the use of the single value widget with sparklines
      2. the additional arguments used in the transpose command
6. The app works with IE, Safari, FireFox, and Chrome

Inputs¶

1. The app is using the latest version of smartmontools
2. The extractions for the SMART data
3. The extractions work for SMART data attributes (on the disk details page)
4. The bash scripts are set to executable
5. Powershell, CMD and shell scripts work for both data gathering and self-test scripts
