Description
Observations:
- All shared files worked perfectly the first time I tested this (on January 8th)
- Later some files would not be shared
- Unsharing existing files would un-share them and they could be re-shared. However, new files are ignored.
- At one point, the files started showing up when I made a new key. I then the deleted the new key and it resorted back to the smaller list.
- Making a new service account and re-sharing the files didn't help.

Updated by I created several key and for some reason, one of them worked. I don't get it.
