No results when CSS selector is empty

Description

The input fails to include anything if the selector is blank (which is now allowed) even if the raw_content option is enabled.

Repro:
  1. Create an input to https://splunkbase.splunk.com/api/v0/apps/?offset=0&author=LukeMurphey&order=latest
  2. Leave the selector blank
  3. Set the raw content option
