Description

Currently, NSIA does not wait for the next scan cycle to scan modified rules. In other words, if a user edits a rule then NSIA will not wait until the next scheduled scan time to scan it.

This behavior is acceptable for small sites but not for large ones. Instead, NSIA should wait until the next scheduled scan time to scan the rule.

By default, rules are not re-scanned after they are edited in r420. This behavior can be modified on the system configuration page.
