Don't reload dashboards with each transition

Description

Problem: some shows are too fast to show each of the panels. The panels spend the entire time running the search. The solution is to preload all of the panels and swap the frames.

This should be an option on the configuration page since it would result in more CPU usage.

Concur as the overhead also plays into Disk Quota's and concurrent searches, etc.
