To do this, I need to create a list of possible divisions. This should exclude certain divisions though:

  • Anything with a division descriptor of less than three characters in length
  • Anything with a division descriptor of that is just a number
  • Anything not at the highest level

This is likely the same thing as what is included in the TOC list.
