Updated by To do this, I need to create a list of possible divisions. This should exclude certain divisions though:
- Anything with a division descriptor of less than three characters in length
- Anything with a division descriptor of that is just a number
- Anything not at the highest level
This is likely the same thing as what is included in the TOC list.
