Description

Add the ability to set default roles in the conf file such that users can set the roles for users where no roles were provided by the RADIUS server.

Added ability to override the roles_key (closes #388) and set default roles (closes #389) in the conf file.

Added tests cases appropriate.

Note that Splunk has an enterprise ID of 27389 that could be used as the default for the roles key.
