Questions:
- How would the scrolling sync?
- Bootstrap ScrollSpy (http://getbootstrap.com/2.3.2/javascript.html#scrollspy)
- Scrollbar amount
- How would two reading pages be shown?
- Currently, the toolbar is shown in both; would need to hide that for the second panel
