Troubleshooting¶

If the lookups are not getting imported or exported, the first place to start is by looking into the logs. Run the following search to see why the input may not be working:

index=_internal sourcetype=google_spreadsheet_modular_input

I use two-factor authentication and the app doesn't work with it¶

If you are using two-factor authentication, then you will need to use an app specific password.
