Description

The MOBI works don't currently render the Unicode Greek text correctly.

Fixed issue where the epub files did not have the xml processing instruction information which prevented KindleGen from determing the encoding. Closes #652.

LXX, Genesis 1:1:

On MOBI:

It looks like the text is being treated as Windows 1252. I saved the portion of Genesis 1 to a text file and reopened it with Sublime Text with Western, Windows 1252 and got the text that I am seeing in the MOBI files:

ἐν ἀρχῇ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὸν οὐρανὸν καὶ τὴν γῆν
